Ø Domain Name is free When using this platform, you simply choose a domain name. Initially, the system will check if someone is already using it. If no one, you get to use your chosen domain name.
These are some of the disadvantages of using Blogger:
Ø Blog ownership remains with Blogger You do not own your Blogger blog. It means that if Blogger one day shots down, it owns all your contents and everything else in your blog. Unless you have a backup somewhere else, you could lose the whole blog. If blogger decides they do not like your blog, they can close it down anytime.
Ø Limited flexibility As there are only a few designs and themes, most blogs look and feel the same. This means that it is not easy to differentiate yourself from the other bloggers and does not allow you to shine in your own blogger.
